There are safe and effective ways in alleviating pain and most of the time it is a combination of narcotics and non-narcotic drugs with some other forms of alternative treatment like Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS). Don’t be ashamed to admit if you have been taking more than what is prescribed. The people in the clinic are not there to judge you but to help you alleviate or eliminate your pain if possible.

I doubt that they will give you Percocet and Codine together. Also, the pain management clinic may want to inject you in the back with steroids. They will probably give you Percocet if you ask them and explain the pain to them, but for the headache stuff you should see your regular doctor.
